This high-profile, award-winning dental and oral health organization has over 200 offices, 4,000+ employees, tens of thousands of customers, and a partner network of more than 1,400 dental offices.

The Challenge

Though highly regarded and successful, this organization was losing valuable time and money through its paper-based accounting processes and workflow. Delinquent approvals and requisitions were the norm, and accurate analytics and reporting were nearly impossible. The client’s end goal was increased efficiency through modernization of its software, but they needed help managing and implementing the transition.

Solution

During the project’s discovery phase, nimBOLD managed the engagement with a JD Edwards partner and key business stakeholders to ensure all processes were included and all pain points mitigated. nimBOLD also vetted the partner’s proposed plans, assisting with corresponding business process transformation.

Digital Transformation and Design
During the implementation phase of the project, nimBOLD oversaw the software upgrade process, vetted third-party training resources and other partners to address deficiencies. We worked with users to ensure learning and process changes were taking place. nimBOLD also provided project delivery and program management, and identified and managed external partners and resources.
