Our Process
NimBOLD is, at our core, in our DNA, coursing through every cell and synapse, an agile shop. We were… a couple of software engineers, oppressed and shackled by the bonds of traditional waterfall project mgmt.. We were… eager and willing to demonstrate immediate value, by showing working software. We were… tired of the confrontational barriers, imposed by the traditional client/consultant paradigm .We were… exasperated at the heads down, walk right over a cliff approach, driven by an immoveable Gantt chart.
Agile broke the chains, but we also understood, that the pendulum can always swing too far the other way.
We are a small a, agile shop… This does NOT mean we throw out the things on the right, but simply we value the things on the left more. We are pragmatists, balanced and nuanced in approach, carefully assessing the culture of the organization, to determine the appropriate balance between left & right.

Managing Partner & CPOFrom the start…Atari 2600 and Apple IIe sparked JM’s love and passion for computers. In elementary he was exposed to the programming language Logo and from there, fate took over. Creating software solutions had become embedded in his DNA…now JM is a slave to solving any and all problems.
From Atari 2600 to Fortune 500…JM has a burning desire to understand business. He studies businesses and their processes religiously to cognize and develop the best software solutions possible. JM WILL find the solution, so we dare you to challenge him with the seemingly unsolvable.
